September 01, 2006 Email support

Hello Everyone, Some of you, us included have been experiencing occasional issues with the performance of the mail server.

This is partly due to the high demands placed on it each day, and the fact that we have recently been flagged as a source of SPAM (Mass mailing of unsolicited email).

To resolve this we have purchased a dedicated server that will only service our customers, this will allow us to dramatically increase the performance and set conditions on the quantity of recipients in each outgoing email avoiding SPAM blacklists, Initially the recipient limit will be set to 50.

What will happen ?

Tonight at approximately 2am (AEST) we will convert to the new server that has been setup and tested over the past week, this will take approximately 20min to propagate throughout the Internet.

In the unlikely event that you receive an email between the hours of 2:00 and 2:20am, they may go to our old server, no mail will be lost in this process, in order to retrieve these we have written a short tutorial, this can be found at:

If you have any more questions or comments we would be happy to hear from you.
